General Terms and Conditions of Blanco ProConsulting

General Provisions, Scope

Blanco ProConsulting (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") conducts coaching, workshops, training, and other events, as well as consulting services according to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). By engaging our services, the client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") agrees to these terms. Deviating terms and conditions of the Client are not accepted.

Offers, Fees, Payment Terms

Offers are non-binding and subject to change.

Fees for all services are based on those published on the website and/or in the event announcement.

Fees for coaching, training, and consulting are due immediately after each session. The Client will receive an invoice and can transfer the amount accordingly.

Registrations for events are processed in the order they are received. Fees for workshops, training, and other events are due no later than four weeks before the event date. The Client will receive a confirmation of registration and an invoice for timely payment.

Appointment Scheduling and Registration

The time and place for coaching, training, or consulting sessions will be agreed upon mutually between the Service Provider and the Client. This can be done via email or phone. If no new arrangement or change is made, the original schedule is considered accepted by the Client. Registration for events must be done in writing, via email, through the contact form, or the respective booking form.

Scheduled appointments are binding. The Client is obligated to attend all agreed-upon appointments punctually.

Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation or rescheduling of a coaching, training, or consulting session is possible free of charge up to 2 business days before the appointment. After this, 50% of the fee for the agreed time will be charged. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs on the day of the session or if the Client fails to show up, the full fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation of a booked event is possible up to four weeks before the start with a processing fee of €200 plus VAT. For cancellations made later or for non-attendance, the full event fee is due.

Cancellation by Blanco ProConsulting

If Blanco ProConsulting needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching, training, or consulting session due to urgent reasons, the Client will be informed as soon as possible to offer an alternative appointment. No further claims, including damages, will be considered.

If the required number of participants for an event is not reached or if an event must be cancelled for other reasons, the Client will be informed as early as possible and will receive a refund of any fees already paid. No further claims will be considered.

All materials, videos, audios, PDFs, eBooks, etc., provided to the Client are intended solely for personal use. The Client is not permitted to reproduce or make these materials available to third parties. Publication, even in part, is prohibited and may be prosecuted.

Liability

By scheduling an appointment or registering for events, training, or online courses, the Client acknowledges their responsibility for their own actions and agrees to indemnify the Service Provider from all liability claims. The Client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their physical and mental health and for any damages that may occur.

Confidentiality
